The treaty of versailles effected germany because the was saying that germany was responsible for the war and that they have to pay for all the damages. All geermany overseas colonies were taken away and shred between the allies and a massive 12.5% of the german population found itself living outside the german boarder. It also cause lose of status amd military power. People say that the rise of hitler was caused by the fall of germany because due to the lose of the war germany had no military and had nothing to argu for there for hitler found ot that this country was weak and whent and told all the people they lost the war due to the government.he also said that there government had stabed them in the back and wanted them to make him the new governor.
