Gandhi helped india gained great power from telling them to boycott all of the britsh good and try to buy only things from india and also to make your own clothes he also said that if the guards was to hit you you should take the pain and not hit them back because to wrongs dont make a right he tought them not to be passive resistance. I think that if Gandhi would have not stood up for him self that india would of still be under the britsh control i think that gandhi boost up india self esteem.
